Momentum is a developer, owner, and operator of renewable energy projects, with an initial focus on locally-owned, community wind projects ranging from 10 - 50 MW. We are currently developing a multi-state portfolio of community wind projects for confidential partners in the agricultural industry.Our approach is to work with individual landowners and developers to locate optimal tower sites to capture the best wind resources the property has to offer. We also specialize in identifying and structuring deals with high quality partners whose development and financial needs best match the project.

Additionally, we seek investment opportunities in renewable energy projects that meet our risk and reward goals, including wind, biofuels, biomass, small hydro, and solar.   

Current projects:
Our current community wind projects under development include a 10 and a 5 MW wind project located in Oregon.  We are developing the projects in conjunction with John Deere Wind Energy, which is providing financing and turbines.  The projects are slated to come online by December 2007.
