Daniel Heagerty, president

Dan is the president of Momentum, as well as a senior vice president at DEA. He leads Momentum’s strategic planning efforts. Dan has more than 30 years of experience in energy facilities siting and permitting. His management of regulatory affairs and impact mitigation for public and private developments has established state and regional precedents in conflict resolution, mitigation designs, and interagency cooperation.
